Premium Tongue and Groove, Western Red Cedar
This siding provides a gorgeous finish and is best used as an accent on a structure.
Metal Woodgrain Siding
This high-quality, durable steel siding offers the elegance of wood, without the maintenance. Combine tones and textures for a modern or a classic look.
Faux Brick, PVC
Add an air of sophistication to your structure with faux brick, PVC siding. Available in various colours, it’s maintenance free.
Shingles
We only use architectural asphalt shingles as these give more depth and definition, and a much nicer finished product than the old style 3-tab shingles. Typically, our customers select shingles to match the roof of their house or to match colours in their yard. backyard office. backyard office
Flooring
Vinyl Plank Flooring
Vinyl plank flooring looks like hardwood, but it is able to withstand fluctuations in temperature and water/snow from boots, which is perfect for Ottawa’s climate.
Carpet
Many people like carpet because it creates a cozy, comfortable place to sit, play and work. Its thermal resistance means that the floor will be warmer in cold weather, and the fact that there are endless options for colours and styles means that you’ll always be able find something that you like.
Interior Walls
Drywall
Drywall is present in virtually every home because of its appearance and the fact that it can be easily painted and repainted when you want to change your decor. It also helps to improve insulation and retain room temperature, creating energy savings.
Wall panel
A great alternative to drywall, allowing for visually appealing finishes and different textures, like faux brick. With wall panel, you can create a look that can’t be achieved with drywall.
Sheathing/Plywood
OSB and plywood are cost effective options when the objective is to cover the air barrier and insulation. Both options can be painted, making for an inexpensive interior that may be reasonable for how you plan to use the space.
